Zoology Department

About the Department

The Zoology Department was established in 1969 with intermediate and undergraduate programs. The Post Graduate Progrmme was introduced in 1994. It has well furnished classrooms and two well equipped laboratories The Department has three well qualified faculty member, two well trained Lab technicians , and one lab boy for regular maintenance of laboratory.

• To train the students in an overall areas of zoological science to create skilled professionals in zoological science to serve the State, the Nation and the Humanity.
• To transform the department of zoology into an advanced centre of teaching, learning and research in zoological Science
