The department of Chemistry started since the
inception of
college and the post graduate department started in the department of chemistry in
the year 1994. The founder Head of the department was Professor (Dr.) Ghulam
samdani. This department offers courses UG as well as PG classes. It has got well
equipped lab facilities for Physical, Inorganic, Organic as
well as Analytical Chemistry. The laboratories have gotten plenty of chemicals,
apparatus and other tools required for the chemistry experiments.
The department provides laboratories facilities to the Research scholars to pursue
Ph.D degree.
The vision of the department is to impart higher quality education to students and promote them by pioneering research in best field by focusing on enriching core areas of chemistry through best in class learning process.

In the department of chemistry all the teachers be it in the field of in organic chemistry or inorganic chemistry or physical chemistry the collective approach of all the teachers is to provide the best possible practical knowledge as well as knowledge to all the students . we are here to help students in providing them to research work and helping them in PhD courses and some other courses . Apart from this we also provide them the basic facilities so that they can excel in future by cracking some competitions in future like net bpsc upsc . Not only this we provide interaction with eminent alumini and peer industry to inspire students. To educate diverse audience about the impact and importance of chemistry.
We provide them some leadership leadership quality not only this we also try our level best to maintain the discipline and the decorum within the class and outside the class in the department. we try our level best to make the students best possible individual who can serve the nation in future .
